Happy Half-Birthday little Lina!
There are just short six months to go and my babygirl has two years full... how crazy is this? But I will calm down and think that six months can be quite long too. At first let´s look forward to the longed summer...

This pic freaks me out... asked my hubby if he could be so kind to take a photo as I forgot and was en route in the evening very long.
So this is what I got. Usually he takes beautiful pics but this time he tried to get an image of the children watching the full moon but it didn´t work. He gave up... too funny though!

Confessed... we all are pretty annoyed by the masses of snow we get every single day! At first it was greatest fun but now we are so longing for the spring!

Meeting Alex and Lena
This afternoon was great... both my babies perfectly entertained by the lovely twins... not one single time of whining or discontent... everything much more easy than meeting other children at Max´ and Lina´s age as too many toddlers usually means too many troubles, haha!
So the mamas could enjoy coffee and talks...

After being at home for an eternity because of my restrictions we start to go out again... today we visited granny...

Sometimes you wake up, shortly after having fallen asleep... just for another round on the boobies, for more hugs and kisses from mama... then you look like this. On the one hand I´m sometimes annoyed to have to get up again from the sofa after a long day but then I come into your room, I smell you, I see you and I feel you... and I´m reconciled!

Daddy or I pick you up from your bed before we go to sleep... to bring you to the toilet. I´m sure you never ever realize anything, although you tell me when you are finished and you always consist on "cleanliness"... but everything with closed eyes!

Out and about
Finally... we took the children and went for an extensive walk in the sun glittering snow. It was really warm and so we spent long time en route.
I don´t look great on the pics because the last weeks did consume a lot of my appearance... hope to return to my wellbeing soon!
Lina did enjoy the snack in the sun...
I´m so happy about the fact that I´m able to move without any pain and that I can play with my kids again...
First Max wanted to go home again because it was "far too bright". So daddy did share his glasses and so fortunately my boy stayed with us...
When we were home again hubby opened the big doors on the ground floor to let some fresh air in... and recognized that it was so very warm on our terrace. So we went outside, sat on the nearly "hot" floor midst the snow. Max and LIna ran around wildly and got a good foretaste how awesome the spring will be...
In the afternoon Max went sledging with daddy and some friends... so we all had such a super day together... it was highest time!
But I think Max was pretty happy to be home in the evening as he has never ever been that cold in his whole life... poor boy!

Sweet Max,
again... I cannot believe the fact that you are such a big boy already. At present, you are struggling a lot with your own progresses. You are pretty exhausting, you want to be entertained more than usual, you are not very patient with the fits your sister has and sometimes I have the feeling that you are even overwhelmed by everything that is going on in your tirelessly growing brain.
But your cheekiness, your sweet nature and your good heart make me so proud and happy... there are no words to describe how much I love you!
Little Lina... you are quite a challenge for your brother. As you have grown into a little toddler you are now defending your territory and your wishes mightily... what means... you are screaming like hell if necessary or crying heartbreakingly!
Times are gone when Max could take from you what he wanted and when you were too little to protect your stuff. Now you pick up anything (preferably something Max is playing with) and run away until he is freaking out and trying to catch you... I think only mamas with more than one child can imagine the following situation, haha!
You are so funny... of course... sometimes not so funny for mama!
