Baking
Although baking with my two whirlwinds is not as relaxing as it is usually for me... I love seeing them being busy and enjoying to be helpful. Max put on nearly all plums and was bursting with pride.
Spent the afternoon in the mountains where we attended the annual fair.... with candy stands, music, people dancing and having fun... and us wandering around.
We could not pass the candies without buying lollies... the sweeties were enjoying them like they were the yummiest thing in the wold! Um!

Uncle´s Birthday party
"Unlock, mama! Lina wanna go eat cake!"
Daddy was taking a snapshot... smiling at him is easy anyway...
Max changed a lot the last time. He is going from enchantingly patient to incredibly annoying and from playing highly concentrated to throwing the most impressive tantrums.
Everything is on the plan and you never know what you get. So you can definitely say: life is not boring with two toddlers. And as you can imagine... Lina is observing exactly and learning the useful behaviour straight away.

Of course they know Anna is having sweets at home...
Playpen
Today was the day we wanted to take down Lina´s beloved playpen. Funny... but suddenly there was the day she didn´t want to stay inside any longer. Fortunately Missy loved it for the last two years as it was the most helpful subject when having a second child.

Morning in the garden
Spent the early morning outside as it is not possible to go there later on. So both my babies tried to be helpful and entertaining for omi and opi... and of course to water the completely parched grass. As you can see... Miss Lina was not amused that big brother was not sharing the water hose.

Daddy and Max went to the party but my little poor girl had to stay with mama... at home. As she was not healthy yet! But she was oh so good and so sweet!

Busy day
Max has recovered and so we thought we could take him on the fair in the evening.
We started the morning with a visit at granny´s place to bring her our birthday wishes. It was pretty exhausting as it was so incredibly hot. The children are doing so great although I could understand if they were whining all day long. The heat is so enormous... we are not used to it. We nearly touch the 40 degrees limit!
So in the meantime... we spent the afternoon in the mountains. Greatest fun indeed!
