My boy.
He is so good.
He is just perfect.
Once a year - except when he is sick, we have an extensive appointment at the doctor´s. Since Max was a fresh newborn (and never ever crying, whining or being exhausting), he loves going there. Maybe it sounds a bit weird to say "my baby loves to go to the doctor´s"... but anyway... Max does!
When he was teeny tiny he was just looking around, observing everything and it seemed like he was only waiting what would happen. When growing into these regular appointments I used to show him the pics we had made the time before, before we went there again. He started to recognize the toys and different place and became more and more curious to the next date.
First he fell in love with the green John Deere in the waiting room, then with the ball
track but now he really loves playing games with his appreciated doctor and impressing her with all his new skills and knowledges (with a cheeky smile due to her glowingly delight and telling him how special he is).
She is explaining every step exactly and this is the most important part ever for me. I practice this from the very first moment on. Even during pregnancy I was talking and telling my babies what´s going on.
You can always see the difference when you take the time to wait and explain or have situations on the other hand when there is just not enough time to do so. THOSE situations are not funny with toddlers...
So I knew he liked it when he asked back in the car:
"Mama, when can we go there again?".
Too good to be true... this boy of mine.
