The party marathon is over now and we needed time off. Going on holiday with two little ones is not the most relaxing thing ever but it´s change of scenery and sometimes that´s enough!
So we met lovely friends and went off to beautiful Italy for three days. Getting the needed stuff together was hard work but from the moment on we sat in the car I started to relax. Max and Lina were tired and slept through the ride... so did I.
The first day was a bit windy but warm. The children discovered the beach and fell in love with the sand. Of course... Missy dived into the "dirt" soon but Max simply touched it with two fingers first... lol!
This was the time Lina was still neat...
Max didn´t really love the water. He tried it just one time and did not return... oh my... I hope he will like it some day!?
Then we went to get some food. Max was quite hungry and got his demanded "patate fritte"... the french fries... doesn´t fit to Italy, I know! Lina ate fruits and was reading books with daddy. I loved sitting there and having time to watch and eat and just doing nothing! Gorgeous!
Great day... we really enjoyed it! This is going to be a wonderful short trip!
Look at Lina walking! She sure has gotten big. It looks like a beautiful place.
